Eco Drop Car Wash LLCās Mobile Service Agreement

We believe that āterms and conditionsā agreements have gotten ridiculous, and seem to unfairly benefit the companies writing them over the consumer far too often. This is our attempt at doing better. We try to be as simple, clear, and to both parties be fair as possible.
1. Agreement Parties
This agreement is between you (āClient,ā āCustomer,ā āI,ā or āyouā) and Eco Drop Car Wash LLC (āEco Drop Car Wash,ā ātechnician,ā āus,ā āour,ā or āweā). It governs your use of our mobile wash service and any related agreements.
By Booking Service, You Agree to the Following:
2. Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our site or services unlawfully or improperly.
3. You Shall:
- Provide service address and vehicle info.
- Ensure that at your appointment we obtain access or a key/fob, we can open all doors fully, we can park within 100 feet or supply to us a power outlet, and that we have legal access to location and vehicle.
4. Your Account
You create an account by booking, you agree to be truthful, and you are responsible for anything that happens under your account. We have the right to terminate or edit accounts, and we will inform you if we do. We do not collect information from individuals under 18, and you must be 18 to create an account.
5. Account Termination
You can close your account anytime through your customer portal or by contacting us. Closing your account does not cancel booked services or refund payments.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe.com. Pricing consists of a deposit due at booking and the remaining amount due at the time of service. You can pay the total service price upfront or make a second payment at service time via a payment link.
7. Refunds
No refunds are provided once services are fully paid and completed. Refunds are only available if:
- We fail to arrive and complete service within our Guaranteed Service Window, or
- You cancel the service through your customer portal at least 72 hours before your appointment.
Weather conditions at the time and location of your service appointment do not affect these refund conditions (see Weather below).
Once we initiate a refund Stripe.com submits refunds to your bank immediately. Depending on the bankās processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
8. Guaranteed Service Window
We may arrive up to 2 hours early or late due to unforeseeable circumstances. We will inform you as soon as possible. You may reschedule if necessary.
9. Service Completion
Service is determined complete by the technician. You cannot request additional cleaning beyond what is listed in the service package.
10. Modifications
10.1 Cancellations
Cancel via your customer portal up to 72 hours before the appointment for a refund.
10.2 Rescheduling
Reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment via your customer portal. Appointments booked within 72 hours cannot be canceled, and those within 24 hours cannot be rescheduled.
11. Weather
If you provide a covered location, this does not apply. You are responsible for checking the weather before booking and up to 24 hours before the appointment. Unfavorable weather conditions include precipitation, winds over 60 mph, tornado or flood watches/warnings, and temperatures at or below freezing.
12. Service Area
Our service area is the City of Dallas, Texas including University Park, Highland Park, and Cockrell Hill, Northern Dallas County (North of Interstate 20), Collin County, Texas in its entirety, and Southern Grayson County (South of FM 902).Ā
You are welcome to book if you are on the border of this service area, but any services booked outside of the areas above may be canceled and refunded after initial approval.
13. Property
Remove your personal belongings from you vehicle before we arrive. Eco Drop Car Wash LLC will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle, or to the location of service. It is your responsibility to inspect and ensure vehicle is properly locked and secure upon service completion. Eco Drop Car Wash LLC or its staff do not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to ensure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.
14. Communications
We will send you email and/or text messages regarding your service appointment, and only regarding your service appointment. We do not send promotional, marketing, or other emails/texts not directly related to the service appointment you have booked with us. We may email, call, or text you directly regarding your service appointment.
15. Respect
We do not tolerate abuse towards our staff. You should not tolerate abuse from our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service, you do as well, but this does not alter any of these agreement terms.

17. Agreement
I HAVE FULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT āEco Drop Car Wash LLCās Mobile Service Agreementā AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY BOOKING ONLINE/OFFLINE, MAKING AN APPOINTMENT BY PHONE, OR IN PERSON, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER AND DISCHARGE āEco Drop Car Wash LLCā AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, STAFF, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST āEco Drop Car Wash LLCā FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
Once service is booked, and until service is completed, neither you nor we can change or modify this agreement in any way.
This completes the terms and condition of our agreement.
